(Source: Ohio Department of Transportation) ASHLAND COUNTY State Route 39 SR 39, from SR 603 in Richland County to the Holmes County line, has intermittent single lane closures for finalization work as part of a resurfacing project. SR 39, just west of State Route 511, is also reduced to one lane of traffic for bridge repair work maintained with a temporary traffic signal. The project is expected to be complete by November 30, 2015. State Route 96/East Main Street East Main Street, just west of US Route 42 in the City of Ashland, has lane restrictions as work continues on the north side of the roadway with waterline installation and roadway widening.
